This policy explains what CHT Web, LLC ("we") collects when you use Counterparty Check.
We do not store the contents of check requests: the names, emails, domains, addresses, bank or wallet details you submit are used to run the check and then discarded. Each response includes a signed receipt containing a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of your request, so you can later prove what was checked without us keeping it.
Stripe (card payments), Coinbase and other x402 facilitators (per-call payments), our hosting provider, and the public data sources queried during a check (domain registries through RDAP, and DNS resolvers operated by Cloudflare and Google). Domain names you submit are sent to those registries and resolvers to perform the check.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or set tracking cookies. The only cookie is a short-lived one that lets the browser you paid with see your new API key.
Usage and purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. To ask about or delete data associated with your API key, email chtwebllc@gmail.com.
